Government entities and corporations conduct annual workplace giving campaigns for employees and retirees. The campaigns make it easy to direct payroll deductions to charities of your choice. Contact your human resources office for donation information.

Matching Gifts
Many corporations sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions or volunteer hours made by their employees. To participate in your company’s matching program, contact your human resources department and ask for the form. Submit the completed and signed form with your gift to:

A matching gift can double or triple your personal gift. While most companies offer a 1:1 matching ratio, some companies double or even triple an employee’s gift!

Volunteers play a key role in all FAME programs. If you are interested in volunteering with FAME, please complete and submit the below form.
Donate A New or Gently Used Musical Instrument
Due to the lack of funding, many schools have cut their music education programs and are unable to provide students with instruments. Also, current economic conditions have left many parents without financial resources to purchase or rent instruments for their children to practice with at home.
Your generous donation of a new or gently used instrument will provide learning opportunities and joy for many years.
If possible, have your instrument(s) appraised or inspected by a qualified professional, typically a music store. Provide the appraisal with the instrument and accessories and we will provide a letter for tax purposes that specifies the value of your donation.
